Depending on the globalization, the ability of English will be the key to competitiveness. It is information technology era in the 21st century. Learning in internet is about to be a new trend. This study uses Junyi Academy platform to help class students’ English learning. The research method is qualitative research supplemented by quantitative analysis. We wish this study improving learning counseling strategies in the future. We hope each student in English class to be initiative to learn on their way. This study explores that students’ learning effectiveness and learning interest can be improved by using Junyi Academy platform. The students’ gender and tutorial experience are not effective by using Junyi Academy platform. On the other side, using Junyi Academy platform help low level of English student better.
