The Effect of Masculinity and Femininity leadership and Emotional Exhaustion on Employee Satisfaction- A Case Study of the Chain Food and Beverage Service Industry

Popis: | 105 Business organizations are doing well and employees are important key factors. Staff attention: leadership, pay and benefits, working environment and promotion and development. Psychological dissatisfaction is generated when the above conditions do not satisfy the individual's expectations or conflict with the expectations of the mind. The focus of this study is on the satisfaction of staff in masculine leadership and feminine leadership and staff under emotional exhaustion. Therefore, masculine leadership, feminine leadership and emotional exhaustion as the independent variable, employee satisfaction as the dependent variable; also discuss whether the gender of the supervisor regulates the relationship between masculine leadership and feminine leadership and employee satisfaction. To a chain of restaurants in Taiwan, 28 stores for the study of the staff. A total of 563 questionnaires were issued by questionnaires, and 475 valid questionnaires were collected. The analytical method was verified by regression analysis. The results show that (1)Feminine leadership for employee satisfaction has a positive impact.(2)Masculine leadership for employee satisfaction has a positive impact. (3)Emotional exhaustion for employee satisfaction has a negative impact. (4)Gender in the feminine leadership for the impact of employee satisfaction with interference effect, compared to female leadership, leadership for men, the feminine leadership for the greater impact of employee satisfaction. (5)Gender in the masculine leadership for the impact of employee satisfaction with interference effect, compared to male leadership, leadership for women, the masculine leadership for employee satisfaction greater impact. |
