| Popis: | 105 According to the research report released by the Asian Development Bank in April 2014, "Asia Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Finance Monitor 2013", it is recommended that Asian countries need to further incorporate "non-bank" financing channels into policy in terms of SME financing sources. The aim of this study is to compare UK equity crowdfunding with Taiwan equity crowdfunding in operating environment and financing source. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the problem and future development of equity crowdfunding in Taiwan. Through interview with the public agency, business, and academic institution to offer opinion and solutions in the operating environment and the source of financing. This study found that "The issue of paten and the second market had less influence on the equity crowdfunding in Taiwan", "Different stages of the enterprise lifecycle have different financing source of bank loan or equity crowdfunding", and "Bank loan and equity crowdfunding industry may cooperate with bank or Small and Medium Enterprise Credit Guarantee Fund in financing source." If we want to live market so that equity crowdfunding become a trend, it must through the industry, government, investors at the same time efforts to activate the market, accelerate the expansion of the equity crowdfunding market. |
