In the past, most people used to cut into fragments to think about this kind of problems so that we couldn’t find the effective ways to solve the problems. Bank managers have always tried to maximize short-term profits and have been taking a piecemeal approach to problem-solving. They have been hoisted with his own petard. This study was used systems thinking to analysis the Causal Loop Diagram. It made something complex into simple that can easy to understand what happens. And also hopes that the results of this study may help manager be a lessons learned for future relative event. |
