In this paper, a series of studies were conducted to explore the impact of the network of members' interaction in the organization on the individual and unit groups. Study 1 discusses the impact of network structure on organizational citizenship behavior, job stress and job satisfaction from the perspective of social support, and further divides the network relationship into advice network and friendship network, in order to observe the different appearance of the network pattern in the organization. The second is to cross-validate the mediation model of the study 1 by the functional motivation theory, and further use the cross-level analysis to explore the effect of the whole network density at the unit level on the organizational citizenship behavior and work stress of units. In the first study, 60 nursing staffs was conducted at the dialysis department of a medical center in Taiwan. The study 2 is based on the survey conducted by 1,892 employees from 68 branches of 2 major banks in Taiwan. The results of the paper, part one show the organization within the friendship network and the advice network is not the same pattern. But both the networks of friendship and advice have positive effects on the OCB. And the OCB has a negative impact on job stress and a positive impact on job satisfaction. The results of the second study verify that there is a significant mediation effect between network centrality and job stress at the individual level. At the group level, the unit network density negatively affects the overall organizational citizenship behavior of the unit. Further affecting the overall work stress of the unit, the organizational citizenship behavior of the mediation effect is significant.
