| Popis: | 104 The purpose of this study is tounderstand the relationships of leisure motivation, leisure involvement, social supports and well-being among slow-pitch softball players. A total of 223 valid questionnaires were collected from players who occurr in softball field in Yilan, Hualien and Taitung counties by convenient sampling method. SPSS 12.0 for Window application software were utilized as tool of statistical analysis including: descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis. The empirical results indicated that leisure motivation had a significant influence on leisure involvement, social supports, and well-being. In addition, leisure involvement showed a significant influence on social supports, and well-being. Leisure involvement exerted a significant influence on on well-being. Practical implications and recommendations for further studies were also provided in this study. |
