Popis: | 105 With the growing use of social media, a wide variety of social media applications and services are being produced globally. Popular social media platforms leverage their unique functions to persuade their users to adopt such applications and services, and many enterprises have begun to consider social media operations as a crucial aspect. Thus, because of the gradual influence of social media on consumer behavior, a new community business model has begun to develop. Social media shopping has evolved from the development of e-commerce and social media. This research examined both business and social aspects of social commerce sites to establish an evaluation model for measuring their quality and effectiveness. Multiple scale analysis was used to analyze the perception of the service quality of multiple well-known social commerce websites. This study also addressed the relevance of these perceptions for different product categories. We hope that this study can enable product and social commerce sites to conduct sales more effectively and contribute to the future development of social commerce sites. |
