This research investigated the influence in attraction of female dysmenorrhea via working memory. We mainly used MEG to collected subjects’ brain activity data and behavior data during the experiment. This study totally have five normal female subjects joined the experiment and used a whole head sensor array (128 channels) MEG to record the M-170 response during daily state and menstruation. While the female subject in her period. Operator would please subject to fill the pain intensity scales before her test. According to subjects’ pain scale, we classified them as two group: pain group and painless group. The experiment designed as follow: First, subject will see a number set. Next, screen will display two numbers, then subject has to make a decision whether these two numbers as same as one of the previously number set or not. In this study, we recorded appearance time of M-170, dipole amplitude, response time and correct rate. In comparison of dipole amplitude, the painless group almost reduced during menstruation. But the pain group generally rise, also, much more response time and reduction of correct rate all proved the influence in attraction of female dysmenorrhea.
