| Popis: | 106 Over the past decade, Industry 4.0 has been the leading trend for the manufacturing industry worldwide. In order to enhance international competitiveness, enterprises in various countries have invested in Industry 4.0 and are committed to building smart factories. When it comes to the trend of smart automation in manufacturing technologies, enterprises in Taiwan cannot stay aloof from it. As is known, more than 90% of enterprises in Taiwan are small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs). When facing changes in industrial demand, such as small-volume large-variety production and customized production, enterprises need to come up with ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and meanwhile achieve the goal of transformation and upgrade. The purpose of this study is to investigate the status quo of the Nangang Industrial Park in Nantou for the implementation of Industry 4.0, and to analyze the problems encountered by enterprises. The scope of the survey is limited to the Nangang Industrial Park, where five different companies are selected for investigation. In this study, SWOT analysis and In-depth Interview are used as research methods. It collects and analyzes data through interviews and questionnaires. And through analysis, it explores the practical methods and strategies for the implementation of Industry 4.0 into the industrial park. |
