This study aims to explore the identity to art tattooers through stakeholders’ viewpoint in the workplace. The paper investigated office workers, military, public and teaching personnel as participants and discussed workplace identity. 35 participants from 5 observees of stakeholders(including colleages, supervisors, customers and cooperate manufacturers.) filled out by self-compiled workplace identity questionnaires in trial-out and 33 valid samples are collected to analyze with cronbach α value、KMO and Bartlett test. A total of 200 questionnaires from 10 observees of stakeholders(including colleages, supervisors,customers and manufacturers) are filled out by self-compiled workplace identity questionnaires in pre-test, then 10 observees disclose tattoos, the same 200 participants take a post-test again and 189 questionnaires are valid. The thesis adopts quasi-experimental design and the data collected from the pre-test and post-test would be statistically analyzed by SPSS 22, after conducting descriptive statistics and paired samples t test analysis and elaboration. The results show that there is nonsignificant based on the paired samples of the result after observees exposing tattoos to stakeholders, which means stereotype issue is not a strict problem to influence on identity of professional images to art tattooers in the workplace. In recent years, with increasing rapid development and prevalence of tattoo information, many people have a lot of opportunities and methods to get to understand tattoos and it is acceptable. The findings of this research, provide the practical suggestions to the follow-up related reserchers. Key words: art tattooer, tattoo, workplace identity, workplace stakeholders
