電信業員工知覺心理契約與工作效能關係之研究─以A公司為例

The research aims to investigate the relationship between telecom company A workers’ perceived psychological contract and work performance, with relevant literature as basis for investigation in addition to establishment of research framework as well as design of research tools. The researcher used random sampling and conducted examinations upon workers of telecom company A who are the subjects of this study. A total of 450 questionnaires were sent out. Data analyses were then conducted upon effective samples using statistical methods such as independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson Correlation, two way ANOVA. After statistical analyses, the researcher conducted induction of main research findings, yielding the following conclusions: I. Telecom company A workers’ overall psychological contract is at medium-high, with better perception of “transactional psychological contract” compared to other dimensions. II. Telecom company A workers’ “overall work performance” is at medium-high in terms of perception, with better perception of “goal achievement” compared to other dimensions. III. Telecom company A workers who are male, married, have graduated from vocational high schools, or/and of management level, have higher perception of psychological contract. IV. Telecom company A workers who are male, married, have graduated from vocational high schools, or/and of management level, have higher perception of work performance.. V. Telecom company A workers exhibit a positive correlation between “psychological contract” and “work performance” in terms of various dimensions and overall results. VI. Factors within background variables of telecom company A workers such as gender, marital status, years of service, position and psychological contract have no significant influence upon the interaction of work performance. Based on the above research results, the research separately proposes suggestions to telecom company A and future researchers as reference.
