| Popis: | 105 For a producing from drawing design to Mass production will go through many procedures. From design model production to finished Mass product stage, the basic experience of time to be fast for 1 year, slow to be 2 years. But this experience makes the product will have a very long-term planning. In this thesis will Introduction the process of product model making. The article will be referred to four product design process, Products are LED desk light、handle、remote controller、and led plug, 3 products using CNC machine to finished the model making, the other one using 3D printer machine to finished the model making. For the initial design of the product to consider what is the important point is, and need to do a lot of evaluation, and attention a lot of detail. Discuss the product design reason, the model manufacture process and the result explanation. Model making is not simply the subject matter to be completed, model production of the product may be related to the possibility of future mass production successful or not.If the model of product display will affect the possibility of future product orders. As mentioned in the thesis, 4 products has been completed into the mass production stage. |
