Popis: | 105 Online shopping satisfaction represents the consumer's assessment of the past performance of the online seller, influenced by the quality of the website service and the perceived value of the consumer. This study uses the "belief-value-satisfaction" framework based on the relationship quality theory to understand the consumer service quality on satisfaction in virtual technology. Drawing on a sample of 270 users used the virtual technology in shopping site, we generate the following empirical results. (1) online consumers for the ability to grasp the virtual technology and the quality of the seller's service on the perceived practical value and perceived value of a positive impact(2) online consumer awareness of practical value and perceived value of pleasure has a positive impact on satisfaction. |
