| Popis: | 105 With the emergence of the tourism industry, the hotel industry has been booming, and the number of people engaged in service industry has been increasing year by year. In the hotel industry in the huge pressure of labor, while engaged in the hotel service industry more and more people, but they are high and unstable flow rate of the hotel industry staff, indirectly affect the service quality of hotel. In recent years, the service industry pays more and more attention to the service quality of employees to customers. The study takes the hotel staff of chain hotel in Taiwan as the research object, and explores the role of psychological contract in the interaction between leisure par-ticipation and work stress and performance. Study by way of questionnaire in-vestigation, mainly discusses the chain business hotel service staff in the psy-chological contract, through the use of leisure coping, whether the effect of the working pressure is slow, and the performance is slowed. The questionnaire survey method was adopted, and the hotel service personnel were chosen as the subjects. The questionnaire included demographic variables, psychological con-tract, leisure adjustment, job stress and job performance. |
