| Popis: | 105 After China officially presenting “the military political work is the lifeline of the Red Army” in “The first political work conference” in 1934, the political work status of the Red Army has been established till now. Throughout the history of five generations of leaders, each leader during the tenure has different contribution to the army, and the military political work has been the big part of their concern in each period. To make the political work proceed smoothly in the army, informatization of political work and network development are quite important to act in concert with Xi Jinping’s demand of “strengthening and improving the military political work under the new situation”, yet create the “People’s Army” which listen to the party command, win the war, and behave well, to achieve the goal of “Strong Army Dream”. In those war experiences especially in the two Persian Gulf Wars, the U.S. military has showed unprecedented modern military forces which inspired China PLA to promote high technology and informatization development, as well as exploring the military modernization process and change. With the development context of military modernization and informatization of the political work,China gets to analyze its influence on the modern construction of PLA. PLA established “The Military Political Work Net” in 2005, however the result is still not effective even after a hard working of operating. Thus, the political work of lifeline has to capitalize the direction in internet and smartphones, firming the lifeline with data links, powering the energy with information, and creating the new internet political work mode to initiatively publish in the new media and influence the public opinions. The final purpose is to connect present political network resources and stably promote the internet into the army. The military political work has been included in practical subjects and is actually in use; and after the political work has been networked, there will be diverse ways to conduct ideological and political education. However, the educational purpose on political work via internet will not lose focus. Besides, due to the irresistible democratic trend, there will be more challenges to the absolute belief of The Communist Party leading politics and the military force. The development of the internet is definitely a huge concern for future military political work as following challenge. |
