The main purposes of this study were trying to explore the management indicators and core competency of table tennis training center so as to enhance its management efficiency. We selected the concepts of Balanced Score Card to establish “the analytic hierarchy process questionnaire of table tennis training center” which includes 4 major objectives and 10 criteria. Eventually, we used the concepts of competitive core competency to find out organization’s key capability. The result of this study found out four objective priorities and weights such as internal procedure (0.347), customer (0.257), self-growth (0.243), and finance (0.153). “Customers’ requirements” were the first management priority. “Finance” was the important issue for continuous operating. “Internal procedure,” which maintains the harmony of an organization, is the professional core concept of the training center. The core competency of the training center was “self-growth,” which is not only the organization’s valuable strategy, but the key capability to reach the goal of organization’s profit. Conclusions and suggestions, the main target of the training center was its continuous operating; meanwhile, to reduce risks of wrong decision making was another important issue.
