| Popis: | 105 This study was to investigate the cognition and understanding of empowerment and labor rights of public primary and secondary school teachers in Taiwan, and to analyze the relationship between teacher empowerment and labor rights. The purpose is to ensure the rights and obligations of teachers, to enhance the professional status of teachers, to take into account the students’ right to education, and to co-create three win situation among parents, teachers and students. In addition, the results of the study can provide reference for the center of teacher education, education and school administration in the teacher empowerment and teachers’ labor rights of teaching research or policy reference. |
