Roller bearing aperture is set with an outer diameter and the outer diameter of the bearing roller aperture closely with, so the roller aperture affect the smooth degree rotation of the roller bearing assembly as a whole, in order to reduce friction to a minimum, so how to control the process parameters for processing, It is the main key to the stability of the control wheel size. In this study, the use of 6-Sigma DMAIC steps to improve the five-stage approach to manufacturing companies of the roller aperture size process empirical research, the construction of the roller aperture machining process optimization mode. Methods binding parameters Design Taguchi quality engineering, to find out when the roller aperture for processing, process optimization standard parameters, the experiment showed that C_pk from 0.42 upgraded to C_pk 1.45 process capability values are significantly improved, the result will make the error rate of accuracy has really helped bearing aperture process capability stability control and quality improvement, and the results of this study may also provide Taiwan with domestic manufacturing industry to enhance the quality of the roller refer
