In this study,investigated the chemical oxygen demand (COD), biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Suspnded Solid (SS) in the domestic sewage treatment plant using the TNCU biological treatment process. Quantity and the change in population, to understand the changes in the initial efficiency of the operation of the domestic sewage treatment plant and to compare the initial processing efficiency of the domestic sewage treatment plant with the same process. The water resources recovery center of this study is located at the Beitun and Taiping in Taichung City. It covers an area of 0.7 hectares and is completed by the Taichung City Government in July 2003. It is officially opened in November, The total area is 165.77 hectares, and the number of households in the district is 9,873, with a total of 5,038 households and 51.03% of the total. The results showed that the population increase in the area was highly correlated with the influent, and it was also highly correlated with the concentration of MLSS in the biological system, and the growth of the MLSS concentration was also highly correlated with the COD, BOD and SS removal efficiency. From the data can be learned that the design and treatment of water quality and flow, and the actual value of the gap is very large, resulting in idle equipment,processing results less than expected, and now the domestic population growth is slow, In the future, government to set up a sewage treatment plant,The scale and necessity must be carefully assessed.
