Popis: | 105 The sites of water storage and detention are not only natural depression but also artificial water environment such as farm pond, reservoir and detention pond. According to the Soil and Water conservation Act, the detention pond should be constructed while slopeland development. However, most of detention ponds are simple function, the land resources with detention pond are waste and useless in peacetime. The surrounding of water environment is one of the most abundant ecological resources. If the multi-purpose functions and good habitat environment of detention pond is designed, not only the pick flow is decreased, but also a site of ecological island and recreation is transferred from detention pond which was integrated the functions of landscape, recreation and environmental education. In order to practice the multi-purpose application for sites of water storage and detention, the four functions such as prevention, water resources reuse, pollution purification and landscape ecology conservation were proposed in this study by literatures review. According to the sites distribution and scale of water storage and detention coupled with landscape ecology theory, the strategies of facilities construction for sites of water storage and detention were recommended and illustrated at Longgang Village, Gongliao District, New Taipei City. Longgang Village located on the upstream of Shuang-xi Basin is with dispersion building and irrigation system which was connected by terraced paddy field and farm pond. The construction strategies of subdivision were from small scale such as household, building, terraced paddy field and irrigation canal to completion water net system. In the downstream of Fang-jiao Stream, the planning of off-stream detention pond was applied the waste farm land and coupled with road side ditch of Song-yang St. for runoff collection. In peacetime, the stream could be diverted into the detention and ecological pond as recreation site; during heavy rain, the stream could be diverted into the detention and ecological pond for pick flow reduction. |
