Popis: | 105 in English The purpose of this study was to analyze and model simple structures. Structural Analysis and modeling were executed by using SSTAN program. Member end forces and displacements of nodes were calculated. The results can be drawn as follows: 1. The hinge could be model by a beam element. 2. Support settlements could be model by replacing the support with a spring. 3. A model could be reduced by taking advantage of symmetry and anti-symmetry. 4. Rigid-end offsets could be model using additional nodes and rigid members. 5. When the P–Δ effects were included, the moments and shears of members increased. One conclusion was that different modeling conditions should be handled to get numerical models that represent the real structure more accurately. |
