Finally induces the common factor from the interview content reorganization, in view of domestic Bed and Breakfast except characteristic and comfortable overall environment, however has any key aspect is the employer also thinks indispensable. Respondents believe that although the B & B is a commercial act, but the bed and breakfast is not only the "extra space in the family rent out", but also in a "share" to give the person in need, any bed and breakfast should be personally to care and maintain. Successful factors should focus on "Leadership", "Geography", "Design Style", "Service Quality", "Cleanliness", and "Environmental Greening". Especially the hostel must have its guest host characteristics, whether it is the interest of the hostel or business style. |
