Popis: | 105 The focus of this research is to investigate the application of block chain in product supply chain. The emergence of the Internet of Things help promote the development of Industry 4.0. Facing competitions from intelligent manufacturing, traditional manufacturing mode has transformed to less production, and more customization, complicating supply chain structures, and creating difficulties in management and sourcing. In addition, Internet service becomes an important scope in Internet of Things. Industries have some uncertainties about how reliable Industry 4.0 is. Therefore, it is an important issue to determine how to increase supply chain management efficiencies that users are confident of using. This research utilizes the tractability, inability to be tampered with, time stamp, and encryption, features of the block chain technology, to record details in each steps of the supply chain in block chain, ensuring the safety of the data. Using data of the production line offered by the company, and accompanying with simulation of the supply chain environment, we model the supply chain sourcing of a product. The contributions of the research are: (1) utilizing the block chain technology to fulfill records of product supply chain and sourcing, (2) using the block chain technology to increase the general reliability of the industry in Industry 4.0, (3) building resumes for products that base on block chain, and (4) developing experiences to provide references for future researchers. |
