Popis: | 105 Compared with horizontal axis wind turbines, vertical axis wind turbines have lower power coefficient, but vertical axis wind turbine are simple in structure ,the production details are more precise. They have the advantage of low noise, small space required, need not follow the wind. Vertical axis wind turbines have different efficiency because of different attack angles. Because of these characteristics, recent studies focus on improving its hydrodynamic performance, in this paper, the optimum design of vertical axis wind turbines is studied. The variation of flow field under different blade attack angles and the same wind speed is studied by using ANSYS Workbench and ANSYS-CFD. The effect of device angle on flow field and power generation efficiency is investigated. It is found that, when the blade is between 0° and 120°, the angle of the device gradually decreases from 90°, The minimum angle of the device is 86°. When the blade is between 120° and 240°, the angle of the device will become larger, at 240°, the maximum angle of the device is 96°, and when the angle is between 240° and 360 °, the angle of the blade will return to 90°.The average CP value of the vertical fan designed in the traditional installation angle is 0.31, and the CP value can reach 0.56 because the optimum device angle design theory does not interfere with each other. |
