In view of this, this study will explore the automotive logistics operations to plan for more secure and convenient operating environment, in line with the globalization of corporate strategy and personnel training steps. Firstly, through the literature review, this paper preliminarily formulates the importance of the development of free trade port area and the future development of Taipei Port. Secondly, we can understand the operation management mode of the largest automobile logistics company in Taiwan through the case study of the research. Finally, using the expert depth interview analysis method, and combined with the researchers engaged experience in automobile logistics operations, The results of the study include eight conclusions and four recommendations as follow : " the establishment of the Taiwan Free Trade area automobile logistics model"," the ship's departure time is too flexible ", "The company's investment department of the development of manic into the business", "the department of the factory is too utilitarian", "the new employee is lack of professionalism of the storage", "the urgency of the industry requires a large number of land expansion plant", "concerted efforts to build advanced car terminal in Taipei"," ignore the impact of the development of automobile logistics key factors ","The company should be deeply strengthened the regular communication between the port company and the port operator", "regularly hold all personnel’s vocational disaster education and training, to reach the world's safest car operation port", "set up a global customer complaints pipeline as well as a 24- hours toll- free hotline at home and abroad "," providing merchandise vehicle customized services and real-time online operation progress inquiry function ", as the future development of Taipei port and automotive logistics company to become the global logistics supply chain advantages.
