| Popis: | 105 Since the releasing of ‘administrative regulations on indoor decoration of buildings’ on May 29, 1996, the early indoor decoration in Taiwan evolving into modern indoor decoration, which indicated the indoor decoration played an essential role in the industry. There were also specified sources of indoor decoration and the status, the professionality, and the responsibility of indoor decoration industry. The ‘life cycle’ and ‘competitive strategy’ highlight the basic theoretical framework in this research, in which the status, specialty, and the industrial competition of indoor decoration were analyzed through participation, observation, and depth interviewing. The research findings indicated that the entry barrier of private indoor decoration in Kinmen is competitively low, however, there are a few technicians certified by Ministry of the Interior and specialists certified by Ministry of Economic Affair. And it turned out that the foreign indoor decoration companies surged into Kinmen. The overall indoor decoration industry in Kinmen are be challenging and competitive in the analysis of the life cycle, value chain, and value creativity, but all the issues are going under the circumstances that the appropriate operating strategies are adopted to motivate the developing of the company to its best situation. |
