The purpose of this thesis is to discuss the related dimensions of stone conservation requirement from the point of executor. Nowadays, the stone conservation requirement is booming. Besides, many countries of the world is promoting the advantages of green materials for construction work. However, the restoration of stone conservation still lacks some standard operating procedures. All of the background, including green concept, green materials and stone conservation is introduced at the beginning of this thesis. Through innovative thinking, the green-based stone conservation framework combines the five main steps of project management and the green concept of environmental protection and energy saving. In the study, the questionnaire is based on a variety of theories, references, and interviews. Furthermore, the analysis of using FDM method filters out these five important steps for the stone conservation project. The core idea of green-based stone conservation structure is to prevent, control and reduct. Moreover, this framework is also applied to some real, sizable and representative cases in order to assure the possibility of it. This thesis is expected to create competitive differentiation and sustainable future for the stone industry in Taiwan.
