Popis: | 105 Financial Leasing is literally translated from Financial Lease. It’s an innovative product of finance, a combination of trade and credit as well as a comprehensive trade integrating financing and leasing-assets with transaction types of financing, investment, trade and asset management. According to the report, up to the end of 2015, there were about 4,508 financial lease enterprises in China with contractual amount approaching 44,400 million Yuan which made it the world’s second largest leasing business country only second to the US. Moreover, due to the financial convenience of financial leases, SEMs much benefit from that in terms of funding and by now, it has become the second largest financing mode just after bank load in developed countries in Europe and America. In the environment of fast-growing economic in Mainland China, Taiwan businessmen are facing with increasingly serious operating risks, no more demographic dividend, no more tax incentives, rise of operating costs, emergence of the red tide, increasingly stringent policies, high financing costs as well as other dilemmas which are expected to play negative parts in future operation. It’s always possible to fall to operating crisis even lead to shutdown; in consequence, capital turnover has always been the hot potato for Taiwan businessmen. In conclusion, leasing industry has played a critical part in global financial service and the interest margin between capital cost and loan interest is the major source of profit in lease industry. However, when it comes to the leasing industry, the Taiwan businessmen investment in mainland China are always facing with high and short capital costs. How to quickly acquire the capital with least cost through cross-strait financial channel has become one of the most important strategies for Taiwan businessmen investing in mainland China in terms of investment decision-making or operation. |
