Internet Addiction and Behaviors of Using Pornography Websites among University Students

| Popis: | 105 Internet supplies the opportunity of studying and entertainment, but it also includes the risk when an access to pornography website is concerned easily. During our research we came under scrutiny the scope and frequency of using pornography among university students and we confirmed how influential it is on the attitude and the behavior of the above-mentioned. University student gave their responses in the request research via Internet. The study was conducted through the questionnaire-survey method. Subjects were 847 university students from Internet. The data was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, and regression analysis via the SPSS 20.0. The results of the study were as follows: （a） There were significant differences in the different background variables of university students concerning Internet addiction. （b） There were significant differences in the different background variables of university students concerning the behaviors of using pornography websites. （c） There were significant differences in the situation of using pornography websites of university students concerning Internet addiction. （d） There were significant differences in the situation of using pornography websites of university students concerning the behaviors of using pornography websites. （e） There were significant differences in Internet addiction of university students concerning the behaviors of using pornography websites. The suggests for university students, educators, and future researchers were made according to the results in the study. |
