Study on the Physical Properties of Different Proportions in Bi-Fe-O Bulk

Popis: | 105 In this study, different proportions of bismuth ferrite powder (Bi-Fe-O) were prepared by chemical coprecipitation method. In addition to easy to control the proportion of ingredients, but also the successful production of pure phase of bismuth ferrite block. The Bi2Fe4O9 phase of Bi0.8Fe2.2Oy is more than that of Bi0.8Fe2.2Oy, and the apparent structure of BiFeO3 is increased with the increase of bismuth content, and Bi1.5Fe1.5Oy completely forms the structure of BiFe3. At present, in the surface analysis, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) was also measured. The experimental results show that the grain size of the four different proportions of bismuth ferrite is more obvious than that at the sintering temperature of 680℃, And the sintering temperature at 560℃, the surface diameter is not uniform, and the shape is not fixed block material, showing the sample can be prepared with grain 100~600 nm. In addition, the magnetic measurements of the vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) were analyzed at different temperatures of the same ratio. When the temperature was 560℃, the hysteresis curves were significantly higher than the temperature of 600℃, 640℃ and 680℃ Big. At different ratios to the same temperature, the hysteresis curves of Bi1Fe2O are obviously larger and larger than the other three ratios.
