| Popis: | 105 In former days sex trade relied on street soliciting, now is using LINE, WeChat messaging software. Because internet crimes have some characte like concealed, rapid spread, can be interactive, transnational, low cost of crime and not easy investigation, it makes the sex trade information and interactive transactions more and more immediately and directly. Furthermore, they use Internet Marketing to spread the sex trade information, it increases the difficult of banning sex trade. Through the study,applying rational choice theory and routine activity theory, it found that internet sex transactions in Taiwan are occurred in the city. They put the information on the network forum usually and use the chat software like LINE to contact. Police investigation into cases encountered predicament in the lack of information professional police and information equipment. Therefore, this study proposed using mass media publicity, and established the Information Police Bureau to prevent internet crime and internet prostitution. |
