Currently, there are many methods for bridge inspection. Accurate inspection results for bridge states are costly. In the case of Nondestructive testing method, there is no effective way to inspect the bridge quickly and effectively. In this study, the target for Dongshi Bridge’s piers of the highway bridge, as the main watercourse (P7) and the secondary watercourse (P3) piers as the goal. Analyzing in Hilbert Huang Transform and Hole Chaos Taijiformation by the original vibration data from Dongshi Bridge and comparing each other to two methods to establish feasibility of Hole Chaos Taijiformation. Ultimately, as Hole Chaos Taijiformation as reconnaissance survey, as Hilbert Huang Transform as inspection, according to the different types of bridge set up appropriate monitoring methods to improve the efficiency of bridge inspection effectively.
