| Popis: | 105 In recent years, nurse shortage has been one of the biggest problems on medical institutions. This study is to discuss the possibilityof using dispatching system to solve nurses continue to lack and no improvement in the situation. To collect reliable data, the researcher interviewed nursing staffs, nursing management units, dispatchers, and legislatures. After interviews and data analysis, the results and findings are as follows. 1. The nursing staff turnover rate is high, what’s more, the recruitment of new staff is not easy. Therefore, the dispatching system in nursing manpowers should be acceptable. 2. It is expectant that using dispatching system can maintain the procees of caring sector smoothly, and to ensure the safety of patients. 3. Regulations of nursing dispatching system have not been legal yet, so the system can not be effectively applied. From the above conclusions, some suggestions were proposed for nursing management units, dispatcher, legislature institutions, and researchers for further research. |
