Project Summary When the economy era is now being experiences globally, the market of chocolate is diversified and highly competitive; the demand of chocolate goods is constantly expanding, it has become a fast-growing industry within the Baking industry. Along with the brand of boutique chocolate comes into Taiwan, which has made a firm position in the ranking of market of gifting. The chocolate consumption of people has surpassed the mere of "edible" needs. The purpose of the team is to provide customers a humanize, intelligent, customize services and products, in line with the current trend of chocolate product design and customization, chocolate as the main element to meets the demand of customers of products, such as: customized boutique chocolate, wedding gifts, baby full month gifts, cookies, candy and so on, chocolate showpieces for dessert shop, custom-made human 3D cute doll, customized chocolate craft or showpiece, and customer required for 3D printing technology customized chocolate. With this chocolate business model we wish to design a product which could really meet Taiwan consumer’s needs. In order to strengthen up the word of mouth marketing in internet social networking, we’ll adopted O2O (Online to Offline) marketing model to create a win-win situation, takes the non-traditional form of business model and marketing practices; combines with the history of chocolate with the changes of times and cultural multiple factors, to develop a deeper economies and the life culture of chocolate. After understood and analyzed ours ‘resources and competitive position, first, we would like to take the advantage of APP (application) to launch the customization and conveniently of the trend, our plans is to provide consumers a customization based on special festive to fulfilled customers need and some displays in the store can come up as a reference of art exhibits to baking industry, in the virtual market and physical store integration at the same time to establish the main mode of operation and business model. Along with the social and cultural influence, the consumption culture of boutique chocolate has been quietly developing in Taiwan, the core goal of the team is to make our customized chocolate which is segmented from the market and strengthen the brand competitive advantage. |
