When the fire rescuers rush to the fire scene, they often enter it to help the victims as soon as possible regardless of their risk. At this time, their lives and safety will be faced with a great challenge. The research focuses on the application of modular machine Makeblock, which combines four sets of stepping motor、four sets of encoder or eight sets of DC motor、Megapi MPU、Bluetooth module、 a human infrared flame sensor whose detective ranges and angles are from 6cm and 120 degree respectively、a temperature and humidity sensor whose wave length is from 760 (nm) to 1100(nm) 、a temperature and humidity sensor which can detect the temperature 0-60°C and the humanity 20-90% RH、a gas sensor which can detect many different kinds of gas、a sound sensor which can detect the 0~980 dB sound、eight individual RJ25 pin control panels whose output power can reach 36W、and aluminum ministries steel body structure and so on. Then, a machine helper with multiple functions is designed, which can remove the obstacle, rescue victims and detect gas in the environment and lives in biological systems. It can share the rescuers’ work and also increase the rescue speed and efficiency.
