A Study on the Comparison Between Behavioral Characteristics and Motivation of Customers Playing in Casino-A Case of Hsinchu Area

| Popis: | 105 In 21st century, the electronic game has been out of negative effect .It has become the most popular leisure and recreational activities of the world. Why these customers play electronic games of gambling to throw a sprat to catch a herring? To understand the relationship between the customer's behavioral characteristics and motivation and analyze the difference of different customer's backgrounds, this study has conduct a questionnaire survey and subjects are basic on these customers who usually join game casino in Hsinchu area. To conduct a questionnaire to these customers, this study has issued 110 questionnaires. There are 99 valid questionaires and valid samples reach to 90% and uses descriptive statistics, independent-samples t test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and Scheffé post hoc test to compare with each other’s different result. Main research findings are as follows: 1. Different marital status and monthly average income occupation have impact on the customer’s behavioral characteristics. 2. Different gender, marital status, monthly average income and job occupation have impact on the customer’s motivation. 3. The customer's behavior characteristics and motivation have a strong positive correlation. 4. Holding "Friday King & Queen", "Family Competition", "Couple Competition", and other activities can increase the rate of reviewing of customers. |
