Popis: | 104 Non-destructive testing of modern engineering technology is very important part to detect or monitor structural material flaws. In the welding member or component casting could be generated cracks or flaws bubbles, etc., and these will change the material properties or reduced strength, causing damage and safety issues. In this study, using 450 kV X-ray machines and Computed Radiography (CR) and wire image quality indicator(IQI) to perform detection operations. Changing the voltage and current parameters to obtain the digital image. Analyzed the whole image unsharpness, signal noise ratio (SNR) and contrast noise ratio (CNR) through the CR system. The result is whole image resolution is no significant, so the image can not be compared each other. But analyzed SNR and CNR, obtain a good image, the parameter is 280 kV and 360 mAs, the most significant parameters, image quality is better. |
