Popis: | 104 In response to the decreasing product-life cycle, many manufacturing companies have carried out restructuring in recent years. Servitization is a new way to give enterprises new competitiveness so as to survive in the rapid change environment. Enterprise who adopts servitization has to change business thoughts. Manufacturing varies from the product-oriented to the customer-oriented, and the long-term relationship management is especially important. Listening and satisfying customers’ needs is what corporate should focus on. The service and manufacturing system are totally different. There are numerous challenges such as new capabilities, organizational structure, process planning and so on. Therefore, organization innovation is necessary to support these new services. In the past, the discussion about servitization and organizational innovation mostly focus on their respective fields, there is less literature to explore their relevance. In order to fill this gap, the study discusses how Giant’s organization changes in the new services by qualitative research. From the study mentioned, there are several conclusions: First, there is a close relationship between servitization and the impact of organizational innovation. Second, the discrepancy from the different types of servitization to different degrees of organizational innovation exists. Third, the impact of different types of servitization to different types of organizational innovation is obvious. |
