Popis: | 104 Exploring service science, management and engineering (SSME) is an interdisciplinary collaboration. Due to the scope and property of each knowledge-body, the perspective and interpretation of ‘service’ is hard to get a comprehensive definition, with the result that the value-in-context of service dominant logic (SDL) usually tends to analyze and construct components in a context of specific value. The mental expectation of value experience, that is, the consciousness for subjective niche judge is still lack of exploration. By way of psychological approach, and from the micro-sociology perspective of symbolic interactionism, this study based on environmental psychology(S-O-R)and ‘World 1, 2, 3’ built up a mental model (S'O'R'): ‘Value pursuit - experiential module - behavioral intention’ in order to expand ‘S-O-R’ into ‘S-S'O'R'-R’. Accordingly, this study illustrated a ‘customer's expectation of consuming experience model’ for consumer’s behavior and underlay two empirical researches. This study refined the concept of context, value-in-context and service context from the perspective of behavior’s subjective consciousness. Also, this study concluded with scholarship/practical implications and suggestions for future research. |
