The aims of this study were to examine the product design factors of smart watch. First of all, Kano Two-Dimension Quality Model was applied to categorize product design factors by structured questionnaire. Second, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) was applied to propose strategies through attribute and distribution of product design factors. The results of the study show that the product design factors of smart watch have two attributes: “indifferent quality” and “reverse quality” by Kano Two-Dimension Quality Model. On the other hand, we also found there is no factor of “attractive quality”, “one-dimensional quality” and “must-be quality” on the product design mode currently. “Round Table Body Design”, “Sporty Appearance Design”, “Call Function” and “Music Player” are “indifferent quality” which locate on low priority area of the IPA Distribution chart. Although these four product design factors are not attractive factor, business still can apply these four factors to plan appearance design or function to improve customers dissatisfaction in short term.
