The Implementation of the Project for Remedial Teaching of Taoyuan City's Junior High School

Popis: | 104 This study mainly, via adopting the methods of fuzzy questionnaire survey, as well as literature review, aims to explore the implementation of remedial teaching in the junior high schools in Taoyuan City. The purposes of the study include: 1. To study the understanding of different-background teachers toward the project for remedial teaching. 2. To study the evaluations of implementation of different-background teachers to-ward the project for remedial teaching. 3. To study the future suggestions of different-background teachers toward the project for remedial teaching. A total of 250 fuzzy questionnaires were distributed to the students of thirty-two public junior high schools in Taoyuan City via random sampling. And out of the 200 collected questionnaires, there are 178 valid ones to be examined and analyzed, ex-cluding 22 invalid ones. The recovery of validation questionnaires is 89%. The main conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. The remedial teaching teachers in Taoyuan City almost have positive evaluation in administrative supports. 2. The remedial teaching teachers in Taoyuan City almost have positive evaluation in teaching execution. 3. The remedial teaching teachers in Taoyuan City almost have positive evaluation in student performances. 4. The teachers in different job positions have different opinions toward the project for remedial teaching. |
