| Popis: | 104 Taiwan Textile has been a major industry that brings great foreign exchanges. However, with the economic and ambient impacts of global raise of raw materials costs, cost-competition among developing countries and re-emerging markets as well as the environmental-friendliness issue, the textile industry was once considered as “Sunset Industry” due to the influences of competitions and emigration of local manufacturers. Therefore, Taiwanese textile industries need enterprise transformation to avoid being obsoleted; Nowadays, more and more Taiwanese manufacturers have dominated the global function-textile supply chains and become major suppliers, steadily investment research, development innovation and carries on with the academic unit produces study to cooperation,successfully and innovatively initiated the transformation of Textile Industry and registered Own Brands with MIT logo. This paper presents a study in the innovative operations and transformation strategy of Taiwan Textile Industry and takes Makalot Industrial Co. Ltd. as study reference, analyzing the key of transformation success based on the available references of industrial transformation upgrades, vertical integration and innovation with Alexander Osterwalder Business Model as well as interviews with relevant field experts, in the hope of providing analytic statistics as a reference to all textile industry members. |
