Popis: | 105 Under the background of knowledge economy era, the financial industry faces enormous challenges, in order to maintain the effective operation and the formation of sustainable competitive advantage, we must give full play to the talent, encourage employees to do more than organizational behavior, especially the service oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Service oriented organizational citizenship behavior plays an important role in improving organizational operation efficiency, fostering organizational climate and characteristic organizational culture, and improving organizational performance. Therefore, how to motivate employees' service orientation and organizational citizenship behavior has been a hot issue both in management and in industry. Based on the in-depth analysis of Organizational Psychological Ownership, service oriented organizational citizenship behavior theory, in the financial services industry practitioners, for example, a questionnaire survey for the employees of 383 enterprises is conducted, it combined with literature analysis and data analysis, in-depth study of the relationship, and draw the following conclusions: First, organizational sense of ownership has a positive impact on service oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Second, the personal background variables of the financial services practitioners have significant differences in the sense of psychological possession and service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. |
