Popis: | 104 The motion of open/close mode of linear type PET mode-blow machine is linear reciprocating motion. The motor drives gear reducer and cam system and let cam-follower has rotational reciprocating motion. Then, the open/close modes are driven by linkage mechanism to have linear reciprocating motion. The characteristics of cam system will affect the stability of the whole process of blowing PET bottles. The purpose of this study is to establish a measurement system for linear type PET mode-blow machine, used to verify the motion characteristics (including displacement, velocity and acceleration) of cam-follower and open/close mode whether meeting the original design. Discuss the reason of error between experimental and theoretical values, identify the key factors of causing errors, and improve the dynamic characteristics of the mode-blow machine. In this study, the output shaft of cam-follower is arranged a rotary encoder and open/close mode is arranged a linear position encoder for measuring the displacement of the cam-follower and open/close mode. Then, the angular displacement of cam-follower and rotating displacement of open/close mode are measured and the corresponding velocity curve and acceleration curve are obtained by differential calculation. By curve fitting method, we can obtain the corresponding smooth curve of velocity and acceleration. According this curve fitting graphics, the errors between experimental and theoretical values are analyzed. The results of this study are: 1. For cam-follower, the errors of the theoretical and experimental values of angular displacement, velocity, and acceleration are 0.9%, 1.82%, 2.55%. 2. For open/close mode, its errors of the theoretical and experimental values of linear displacement, velocity, and acceleration are 0.2%, 3.91%, 0.72%. Based on the above results, we conclude that the errors between experimental and theoretical values are very small. |
