Popis: | 104 Smart home devices that change daily life and bring more convenience to modern people have been encouraged when it comes to environment detection and automatic energy saving; however, the present applications lack an open channel for the interaction between families. With the rapid growth of information technology and the widespread use of Internet of Things (IoT), the communication patterns of people and the inter-relationship also evolved. This study, based on the concept of sharing economy, employs Android phones and open-source hardware for IoT devices as the development environment to construct a virtual window for each family. The proposed system uses radio frequency identification (RFID) and WiFi to be the communication means. The proposed system is location-based, so the family can sell or rent out the redundant items to neighbors and passers who are interested. In such a way, a family is not only a consumer but can also be part of sharing economy. By promoting interpersonal sharing and interactive trust, the proposed system intends to raise social value, reduce waste, and boost economic development. |
