The Human Factor Engineering has been applied to the related field plenty in recent years, such as personnel, equipment, environment and the effectiveness of the technology are obvious to everyone. Human factor engineering using wide range of occupational safety and health technology knows people abilities and limit of environment, through tools, machines, operating systems, work processes, and improvement of environmental design that makes security, efficiency and comfort to all users. The topic of research project is aircraft hangar repair by the initial planning and design of engineering time. making design into construction and follow-up facilities to maintain user requirement, and reminded of formulating specific, feasible and suggestion, especially repair personnel work premises are complied with safety standards. It will directly affect the quality of repair and maintenance upgrade. For the objective of this research approach is how to meet this design concept and the needs associated with human factors for users in the workplace. On the other hand, to reduce the repair-work accidents and occupational injuries is necessary to grow the application of human factor engineering and research. And put the concept of human factor engineering into engineering design initially. To make the design products apply on user need in the future. This study makes the application of human factors engineering and research for designing the maintenance hangar. In order to implement a comfortable environment and reduce repair incidence rates of work accidents and occupational injuries. It considered the problems based on human factors in steps of design and following the serial checklists to support design engineers to consider the human factors into the design phase.
