| Popis: | 104 This study intends to investigate the nonlinear U-shaped impacts of human capital and innovative capital on corporate performance. The annual data consists of 471 firms and a total of 3,764 observations, ranging from 2005 to 2014, of listed TSE/OTC technological firms. The anlytical statistical methods of nonlinear regression models are applied. The research findings are summarized as follows: The human capital, in current year, past two years or past three years, demostrates a nonlinear (reversed) U-shaped relationship on corporate performance indicating a moderate investment on human capital is necessary for maximing corporate performance. The innovative capital, in current year, past two years or past three years, also demostrates a nonlinear (reversed) U-shaped relationship on corporate performance indicating a moderate investment on innovative capital is necessary for maximing corporate performance. |
