Popis: | 104 In the thesis, we found that a low-conductivity transparent film composed of diamond nanocrystals wrapped by graphene-like materials can be grown at low temperatures (350℃~ 650℃) using a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method with Cu as the catalyst. The film can be easily transferred to any substrate without broken. We analyzed the sample grown at 350℃ and found that the Raman spectrum showed clearly a D peak higher than the G peak. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) also confirmed the existence of diamond nanocrystals within the film. Further, we explored the resistance of the film, which showed the resistance not only changed with chamber pressures, but also varied upon bending. In our tests, the percentage changes in resistance of the film reached 3%. We believe that if the conductance, gas-sensing and bending detection of the nano diamond/graphene composite film can further improved, versatile applications exploiting this newly developed material can be expected in the future. |
