Human beings have realized that a common consensus to constraints on environmental protection and energy using is necessary all over the world. The main topic of this study as follows: In the future of Taiwan's automobile market, the manufacturer should do his duty to pay more and more attention on overall environmental protection when producing and selling their products, which includes both how to design and sell less pollution and low fuel consumption ones, and how to raise consumers' acceptances of new ones. In the study, the famous international brand car, "TOYOTA PRIUS", was taken for example, with which was tried to analyze business strategies and factors of success in the alternative energy vehicle market. Four conclusions from this study are presented: (1) the economies of scale's formation raises barriers of market entry for products, (2) to find the opportunity into PRIUS market with existing brand, (3) through the paths of the brands, to establish awareness to product lifecycle and continuation of PRIUS, and (4) to set a model for automobile industry into the production of green energy vehicle.
