Reviewing and integrating past relevant theory documents to be the basis of theoretical foundation identification has positive influence on employees’ cognition, attitude as well as behavior (Riketta, 2005; Wegge, Schuh, and Dick, 2012).When reviewing domestic and foreign integrated research framework about abusive supervision, it can be seen that many reports mainly discuss abusive supervision caused by personality characteristics, while there are many other reports take abusive supervision as independent variable to discuss the influence(Zhang Zhenmei, 2013; Zheng Renwei, Chen Chunxi, Yuan Meiling, Li Ziying, 2012), here is rare current researches that takes abusive supervision as dependent variable to discuss the influence of organizational identification on abusive supervision. Based on past documents and logical deduction, both the positive and negative relationship between organizational identification and abusive supervision can be set up. As the result, the study proposes organizational identification has significant positive and negative relationship with abusive supervision. This research gave out 300 questionnaires to internal employees of beauty industry and society union in Taoyuan and its north, and only collected 264 questionnaires. Among which, there are 249 valid and 15 invalid with a valid collecting rate of 83%.By regression analysis, it is found that organizational identification has significant positive relationship with abusive supervision. It can be seen from the result, in an organization, the higher the organizational identification is, the more sensible an employee is to the abusive supervision. The research result will help CEO to strengthen employees’ organizational identification in order to reduce turnover rate; at the same time, to remind leaders to pay attention to their words and deeds and self-discipline. This will influence leaders’ management performance and reduce organizational performance.
